  • 3-4 Ripe bananas
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Granualted sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips or roasted walnuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 325 F (160 C) and grease your loaf pan with butter.
  • Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  • Add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Mix with a spatuala.
  • Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to the banana mixture.
  • Add chocolate chips or walnuts and mix together until smooth.
  • Bake at 325 F (160 C) for at least 1 hour.
